It addresses the testing process in both structured and unstructured approaches. What lies at the heart of this book is the 'Deming Cycle' - Plan , Do, Check, Act (PDCA). This cycle in addressed in step of the testing process i.e Continuous Quality Improvement. |
The author makes extensive
use of tables and charts to effectively explain metrics, analysis of metrics,
testing techniques and process improvement. In addition to this checklists
for process entry / exit conditions have been included. 1.
